Spread The Word Publications, Inc. and its subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as STWPI) are a national company that provides advertisement services and printed publications for businesses, corporations, non-profit organizations, groups and individual consumers in communities throughout the United States. STWPI is also dedicated to providing a means of community service advancement by offering free publication services, economically priced advertisement, and job opportunities in regions where our growth and development is progressive.

By using this website and by utilizing the services and/or products offered by or appropriated by STWPI, you (the user) acknowledge and accept this Website & Publications Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy. 

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, STWPI nor any third party acting on behalf of STWPI does not purposely intend to collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) through or by this website. Though we understand that children may visit our website, STWPI does not knowingly request information directly from anyone under the age of 13. For each program and/or service offered on this website, we highly request that children always ask their parent's permission to view any website or any printed publication, and parents and establishment administrators review all materials and research any third-party involvement before involving children.

However, STWPI does not make any commitment to update the materials. The material in this Site, including but not limited to the contents (wording & verbage), design, arrangements, graphics, and other related displays are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws, including intellectual property laws, and belong to STWPI or (where noted) its affiliates, sponsors, partners, or other third parties.

STWPI grants to the user permission to download from this Site one copy of the documents necessary for enrollment, nominations, registrations, or other involvements necessary for STWPI's programs, services, events and other public projects. This permission is given for personal, non-commercial use only. This permission is the grant of a license to use, and is NOT a transfer of title, right, nor interest to the user in any form. It is each Establishment's sole responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to, facility and equipment safety regulations, children's protection and safety laws and regulations, and all policies and guidelines regarding the internet, technology, printed publications, finances, and property laws. Each Establishment is also solely responsible for their terms of employment including but not limited to, selecting and hiring employees, criminal history and/or background checks and screening of employees, employee terminations, prescribing job duties or assignments, and other similar terms. Also, by utilizing the services of or participating in or with Establishments that are advertising or participating in STWPI programs, events, or services, you acknowledge and understand that STWPI is not liable in any way for the actions of any employee, volunteer, affiliate, associate, and any other persons working with or involved in the services and activities of the Establishments advertising or participating in STWPI programs, products, or services. By accessing this website, and/or by utilizing or participating in any service, program, publication or event set forth on this website by STWPI, you the user acknowledge and certify that STWPI does not control and cannot be held responsible or liable for the actions, lack of compliance, or consequences set forth as a result of any incident or circumstance regarding Establishments enrolled and/or participating in STWPI programs. Information and Materials Submitted Directly to this Site or Submitted by Postal Mail or Fascimile

With all Submissions, STWPI shall be deemed the owner of all existing and future rights of every kind and sort, and shall automatically inherit and be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose related to STWPI, including use in any public media, and including but not limited to use on the internet and in social media, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes in relation to STWPI where legal, without prior written consent AND without compensation to the provider of the Submissions or any other person or establishment connected to the Submissions.
